2, The dpecial detachment type mixing screw and the standard designed die eith spiral structure&reasonable channel are applicable to produce pipes with smooth inside and outside face.
3, The helix apportionment style diffluence body and big flow space asure the melting material has enough stay time. Optimal low mehing temperature resulu in little internal pipe stress, smooth inner and outer pipe surfaces.
4, Unique sizing and cooling mode is capable of producing pipe scope Φ50-Φ200 mm,production speed is up to 0.6-1.5m/min.
5, Optimum spiral copper sizing sleeve, its entrance carrying pre-cooling and powerful vacuum device to suit for high dpeed extruding pipe.
6, Stainless steel cooling water trough is three-dimensional regulation, longitudinal move by motor. High efficient cooling comes from peculiar spraying nozzle and high efficiency water pump.
