Detailed Product Description
- The special detachment type mixing screw and the standard designed die with spiral structure & reasonable channel are applicable to produce pipes with smooth inside and outside face.
- The helix apportionment style diffluence body and big flow space assure the melting material has enough stay time. Optimal Iow mehing temperature result in little internal pipe stress,smooth innter and out pipe surfaces.
- Unique sizing and cooling mode is capable of producing pipe scope Φ50-Φ200mm, production speed is up to 0.6-1.5m/mm.
- Optimum spiral copper sizing sleeve, its entrance carrying pre-cooling and powerful vacuum device to suit for high speed extruding pipe.
- Stainless steel cooling water through is three-dimensional regulation, longitudinal move by motor. High efficent cooling comes form peculiar spraying nozzle and high efficiency water pump.
- All kinds of polyolefine material,two layers or three layers spiral strengthening pipe can be co-extruded for various uses.
